We are currently on Intercom and it has tours built into their chat platform. I would LOVE for this to be a feature in HubSpot where we could fire the tours off from their knowledge base, inside the in-app chat, from emails, and so on and then we could see reporting on interactions of tours' performance and at the contact level too.
