In Bot Conversations, set how many articles are displayed in a knowledge base lookup
Currently when an end user searches the Knowledge Base in Bot Conversations, 5 articles are displayed. From a user perspective, I think showing 5 articles in a chat bubble can be very overwhelming. It would be great to be able to place a limit on how many articles are displayed, or be able to revert to the old system of showing 2 articles.
EDIT: As of April 3rd, it looks like all bot conversations now display 2 articles again rather than 5, but I still think this might be a beneficial setting for Hubspot Users.
The issue I am running into is that if there is only one article relevant to a particular question, the second one is usually completely unrelated to the question. Which looks bad, frankly.
