At the moment, send internal e-mail notification only includes Contact owner, however it would be really helpful if we could have fields such as Conversation owner as per the screenshot attached), so feedback surveys can be sent after the conversation has been closed.
This would be really useful for most users who are looking to send customised notifications according to Conversation owner instead of just contact owner.
