Improved customisation of helpdesk email signatures (more personalisation tokens)

There is a product gap where if a user responds to a ticket from the ticket interface, the system includes their personal e-mail signature.

If a user responds to the exact same ticket but from the helpdesk interface, the systems defaults their email signature to that set up in the helpdesk settings section.

The issue is the personalisation tokens in that section are just name.  You can't include phone number, role etc.  In short, individuals can't work out of the helpdesk interface while communicating to the customer any nuance about who they are.

Request/idea- build out the personalisation tokens for helpdesk email signatures to include all user attributes:
