My colleagues and I recently uncovered a problem with sequence tracking that caused certain contacts enrolled in a sequence to not receive the sequence due to limits. When scheduling sequences in advance, the limit counter is inaccurate and does not always account for sequences that may have been scheduled in the past.
Can you either fix the issues with sequence limit tracking and/or provide us with notifications or the ability to build a list for contacts who's sequences were not successfully completed due to limits?
Raising on behalf of customers who can really benefit from a calendar overview showing the email sending schedule of limits. Ideally this would bring up a weekly/monthly calendar view, instead of having users reference the daily limit when enrolling contacts into the sequence. Thank you!
