Improve usability of marketing email template editing
For marketing email users who manage larger numbers of templates across several teams.
At present, the only way to find the 'manage templates' function is by creating a new email, and arriving at the templates screen. This is a clunky indirect way to find this.
Once in the templates area (new and old versions) it would be helpful to be able to sort and filter my saved templates in this initial view by creation date, date last used, alphabetical etc. The current default view seems to be oldest first (the exact opposite of what I want!).
The ability to create folders for email saved templates for different parts of the business would help ensure correct usage/brand adherance by the wider team.
I can't edit and save a template if it's set up as a 'transactional' email (so no unsubscribe option) - I have to create a new email based on the original template, and then save as a template. Again, a very clunky way of managing things.
Finally, I'd like to be able to rename some templates after creation - but there's just no way to do this. So I end up creating a new one, deleting old ones... and generally finding workarounds costing time and introducing more room for error.
