1. We should not have to rely on extensions for email synch as it introduces massive variability (people fiddling with the track email/log to CRM settings etc), some people not doing it and is unwieldy to manage.
2. We should have a central way to roll this out company-wide, and control the settings for new contacts, associations etc etc etc at the server/admin level.
This would also do away with gaps such as:
Mobile emails not being logged to Hubspot (while it is estimated that over half the internet usage today is now on mobile)
3rd party email apps not supported, and it is kind of basic functionality in other CRMs we have used.
It eliminates so many of the issues I have read about here too (like not setting new contacts logged into hubspot as marketing etc).
