Improve bounce classification

You can filter email recipients by hard bounce and soft bounce, but it would be much more insightful to have a more granular level of detail. Specifically, we want to be able to distinguish between emails that were undelivered due to being caught by a filter (which can result in either a soft or hard bounce) and emails that were undelivered because they were invalid (which always results in a hard bounce). Ideally, you would retain the soft/hard bounce filter and incorporate an additional filter with the following categories:

Email security filter (can be soft or hard bounce)
Invalid email address (always hard bounce)
Unknown user (always hard bounce)
Mailbox full (soft bounce)
Temporary server issue (soft bounce)
Blocked by recipient's server (can be soft or hard bounce)
Deferred due to high volume (soft bounce)
Recipient's server unavailable (soft bounce)
By including these more specific categories, you can gain a clearer understanding of the reasons behind undelivered emails and take appropriate actions to improve your email deliverability.
