Right now the Zoom Phone integration is very basic and there is lots of improvements possible.
1. Contacts should be synced to Zoom (So you can see who's calling)
2. Calls should be logged automatically
3. You need to be able to call via Zoom from Hubspot (Right now it's redirecting to Zoom, you always have to login again - in short: It's not really working)
The goal is to have a more seamless experience. Hubspot Calling looks great, but it's not there yet for the EU and we would like to rely on a more experienced partner with Zoom.
Value add is a much better user experience and time saving by not needing to log calls manually.
