Improve Sales Content Analytics Dashboards with Links to Opens, Replies, and Clicks Reports
I'm reviewing the Sales Content Analytics for Templates, specifically looking at the sends, opens, clicks, and replies. I cannot seem to find a way to drill down to see the specific contacts that have clicked and replied to this particular email template. Is there a way to have a report show this information, or a link I could click from this tool to show me that information?
Would also love this -- I know the data exists in HS somewhere. Would be very helpful for our team as we track negative, neutral, and positive responses.
