Currently, the round-robin meeting option allows a meeting link to be shared with a group or team. You can either have the booking times only shows the time available when all included team can meet or you can choose to show available times for any team member included (not a group meeting in other words).
The issue with this is that there is not a 'true' round robin happening. If the prospect or customer's availability always aligns with same team member, that team member receives all the leads.
What we need is the option to actually rotate what calendar is shown (an actual round-robin). This will allow for a more even distribution of leads.
Workarounds have not solved this issue: Using a shared meeting link is not a solution in that the meeting information in the confirmation email cannot be custom to whoever ends up holding the meeting (not all reps share the same meeting information/platform). This also becomes a challenge to manage when the calendar isn't synced with the sales reps' actual calendar.
I'm wondering if anyone has used a 3rd party integration to address this. Calendly says they can they integrate with HS, and scheduled meetings will update in HS as if it was done in HS. Calendly has true RR. Anyone have any experience or suggestions with any of this?
We're using Calendly integrated with HubSpot -- zero issues! Round Robin is being distributed evenly! The integration took, seriously, about one minute. 🙂
Upvote!! Just an option to "prioritize even distribution" is all we need here. Really dislike that prioritizing availability is forced. We may end up trying Calendly, but I don't think round robins are available in the free tier.
