My department uses a lot of transparent-background PNGs of white icons. Unfortunately they're practically impossible to see on the preview of the Insert Image window (see below).
We can, of course, whittle this down by searching for the file name, but we've got multiple people creating and uploading these and sometimes the filenames don't make sense to you (one example would be you're looking for the hammer icon, but that file was named "construction").
We often know what we're LOOKING for, but don't know what it's named. Being able to see the image previews would help us find the icon we're looking for just by sight.
Not sure what the solution is, maybe some sort of "dark mode" toggle or something?
