Improve Hubspot Support Staff Training/Knowledge
I really appreciate Hubspot providing so much support. I never have to wait more than a day to get my question answered and that is fantastic.
What I don't appreciate is having to explain how the product works to every support staff I get in contact with. I feel that most of the time I know way more about the system than they do, and I have only been using it for a month! On top of that they never know basic sales workflows or common practices.
I think we would all agree it would be fantastic to see your support employees trained heavily in the product and sales practices in general.
