When creating new deals we get the option to choose the date that the deal closes. By Default this is set to a certain period in the future.
Some customers have an "average time to close" that they would like to add to their deals close date.
Currently this is not possible with either a workflow nor with a custom calculation property, because you can't use date properties in those.
There is indeed a functionality in place to set the close date automatically but you can't edit the time it is set in the future, so the only way to edit it would be manually
Giving the users the option to edit the default time that the close date gets set to would be really helpful for many customers
