I am currently working on a complex chatbot with various if/then branches. When testing, I see that these do not work exactly. I don't have the nerves and time for clicking and checking every single action. I need a better overview and not everything nested. For example, a minimap like in the workflows would be very helpful.
We have the same issue in my company, I have built a very complex support bot and I had to draw a "map" of the bot actions (on another platform of course) so I don't have to go branch by branch expanding all of the options. This way I have literally written down all of the names of the bot actions so that I can search actions by "name" when I need to change them.
There are more than 300 actions inside the bot, needless to say that this is extremely unfriendly for Hubspot users, 0 usability.
Having a workflow visualization/"mind map" visualization would be extremely helpful!
