Importing Feedback Properties

We have a client who has customer satisfaction feedback data in Survey Monkey they want to import into Hubspot.

However, Hubspot doesn't seem to have the ability to import feedback properties.

Allowing imports to be mapped to feedback properties will allow mass migration from other feedback tools to Hubspot.

Please sort this out.

+1 to this! We can export feedback submissions but have no way to import them. Since we're able to import pretty much anything else, being able to import existing submissions or those from a third party would be huge.

I agree with this as well. Sometimes our (potential) customers submit their feedback on paper forms, for example when we visit tradeshows. We process the results from these survey's in Excel and we would like to import them into HubSpot. It would be great if this would be possible.

Would love to see this as well - having all feedback from a contact in one space would be ideal.

It seems like an easy fix based on the existing functionnalities. I'd be all for it too!

It took me a while to get workflows to stamp all of the identifying data I needed onto the Feedback Submissions at object creation. So i have a bunch of Feedback Submission records that don't have a Deal ID, a Product Code or a Sale Date. I'd like to append these with the identifying data so our reporting isn't always and forever messed up.
