You need a tool that allows customers to import a word doc from a local machine or SharePoint. We are a new customer trying to set up our knowledgebase, and when I try to copy/paste the content from MS word, the content does not transfer into the newly created article in HubSpot. We have 200+ articles to add, and we will have to build them individually.
