We want to have a import/export function for the actions (engements in hubspot internally).
The reason for this is: For example when we send a sales letter to 100 companies I do not want to registrate the action manualy for each company/contact.
For my work it is really important to get an overview of all activities with common filters. I am documenting customer feedback and ideas in the activity, and want to analyse the data for Product Management.
I would switch to a different CRM if they have a better solution. Could you create an export function for activities?
