We don't have a specific KB on Line Items, they are just called out (e.g. here in property requirements) among the other objects. If you're having trouble or experience any sort of error, I'd recommend placing a support ticket because then (1) our support team can get back to you ASAP and (2) if there is a bug, it will be triaged to our engineering team immediately. How about importing multiple different line items with one deal?
It would be so much easier if we are able to importmultiple differentline items withone deal. Right now it's so time consuming because if one contact orders 2 different products/services from us, then I have to manually sift through the excel to find those contacts and enter those deals manually and separately before importing the contacts that only ordered 1 product/service from us in bulk.
The issue I'm finding amongst the many basic features missing is I have to manually update all the line items to all previous deals which is just unrealistic.
The current import function can only create new line items but not update existing line items "associated" to deals which makes the import pretty much useless.
Upvoting for a customer who needs to import multiple line items to their existing deals. With the current solutions this is a lot of manual work and they'd love to have the ability to bulk import multilple line items.
