Import calls for coaching playlists

It would be nice to have the ability to import call recordings from other systems into HubSpot to add to coaching playlists.  A majority of our phone calls are done through an external phone system.  These call recordings are not available to be added to coaching playlists because they are not HubSpot calls.  This prevents us from being able to use >95% of our phone calls in coaching playlists.  That makes it very difficult to put together coaching playlists since there are so few call recordings to add.

Also, most of our "calls" are actually Meetings -- especially the ones that we use for training. I'd love to be able to submit a recording link or mp4 file to a playlist so we can host that within HS instead of on Google Sheets

Importing calls, in general, would be great! We lost our zoom connection for over a month, so we lost a month of call data. An import feature sure would be helpful for us to review all the call recordings in HubSpot rather than jumping between the two systems.

You can drag in recordings into notes.

However, it would be great to actually make use of the coaching playlist with this facility. It seems crazy they haven't included this.

Adding an import function or an additonal uploaded recording function on the contact to be utilized on the coaching playlist would be very easy to implement.

I don't see any consequences for doing this either?
