Images and / or HTML code in HubDB rich text fields

HubDB is a great way to publish structured content on a Website built on Hubspot's CMS. However, the Rich Text editor in HubDB misses one important feature: ability to add images in that content.

 

This is very important for projects where web pages are driven by HubDB content, and while - yes, there is an option to add a column in HubDB with an image, this is not enough - as most of the times you need to add images inline, contextually, and part of that content.

 

There is a workaround for this, namely you can import new line in the HubDB table from a CSV, and the CSV cell corresponding to the HubDB rich text column can contain HTML with tags pointing to images. This works, but as soon as someone (else) is using the Visual Editor to edit that entry the images are of course gone
