"Message sent with files but no text" is one of the most common search terms showing in the Article Health section but these messages from customers are not coming through as tickets or conversations. If it could be made possible for customers to successfully upload images and files to the helpbot, that would be very helpful and prevent us from missing inquiries from customers.
