Some of our contacts do not like to respond to emails. However, they do respond to our Salesmsg texts. Since Hubspot doesn't take SMS activity into account when it determines low engagement, I'd like to override the suppression when sending emails via Workflows.
Isn't that as simple as unchecking the "do not send to contacts with low engagement" box in the email settings?
One thing I would add is that "low engagement" is exclusively for emails, as it impacts your email deliverability, which is why HubSpot does not take into account engagement outside of emails. I'd recommend checking the "Health" tab in the Marketing Email Tool to see what your current status and trend over the last months has been, before including unengaged contacts in future emails.
