Commenting for a customer here; this is specifically with regards to conversations tool in the IOS App.
(1) Ability to forward emails within conversation inbox from within the app (2) Easily access contact record from converstation inbox (For andriod users, we can click on the profile icon to do that, seems like this isn't available for IOS users)
Ultimately, we want a simpler way to manage emails/ conversations when on the go.
I would love to be able to forward inbox tickets to other users or CC others in the email response (for example, our Support Team) within the iOS HubSpot CRM app.
