I would love a feature that allows us to establish a “chat” on contact records. This chat could be used as a team to communicate about the associated records.
Currently, we use Notes to create a field for this chat, but I believe this could be a much smoother experience. It could be used for feedback, strategy, alignment, brainstorming, and more.
