We (want to) use Hubspot Service and its Helpdesk Ticketing features to tackle all Customer Service topics.
When a customer highlights a Bug or Feature Request to our team, a "back-office" ticket should be created by our team to share it with our Product team. Our product team works on Linear, so such Bug / Feature requests will be handled there. Thus, we need a native Hubspot x Linear integration, so that a Linear ticket can be associated to a Hubspot ticket.
As a result, we should be able to see the following about the Linear ticket, directly from Hubspot: ticket status, ticket merge info, description, comments.
It would also be amazing if workflows could be built on that integration. For example: "if Linear ticket status changed to X, then send an email notification to Hubspot Ticket owner".

We are looking for the same funtionality. I was able to use a Zapier integration with hubspot/Linear to create escalations based on a property change, but the HubSpot API doesn't have an endpoint that allows adding comments back in to the ticket from Linear.. which is a critical piece to what we need.
I went ahead and built this integration for you. It seems like a good idea, I used to work for a company where the product team was in linear and the service/sales team was in HubSpot. There's many use cases for this integration
