Hubspot needs to have the emails it sends in the contacts too!
We are very frustrated that the automated emails we send form hubspot are not captured, as an email in the contact record. This prevents us from having a full view of the customer and creates internal confusion and extra work if something needs to be resent or forwarded. Some of us can retrigger - but that doesn't solve the problem that hubspot is not actually a clear record or all custome interactions.
