Hubspot email generator for use in marketing emails

I generated an email signature at https://www.hubspot.com/email-signature-generator. 

 

When you try and send it in a marketing campaign, it does not respond properly on mobile devices.

However, it DOES work nicely on mobiles if sending from a 1:1 email.

 

So I'd like to suggest that whatever CSS fix is used to make it work on 1:1 emails on mobile be applied to the marketing email version too.

Should be an easy fix for the product team. Wonder if this wont be categorized as a bug or an error instead of an actual idea. Did you try to inform the support and did they recommend you to go to the ideas board? (nothing wrong with writing here, I just assume this is more of an error rather than a suggestion).

Yes I tried to raise it as a bug but was told it's working as intended (they do highlight issues with mobile formatting in the signature tool). They said I should add it here as an idea. I agree - it looks like it would be an easy fix for the product team. It doesn't look good when their own two products don't work together.
