My idea is that when someone from Hubspot support does not have a solution for the thing you are trying to do in Hubspot, they submit the idea to the product team for you. It is already frustrating enough to be told that the platform cannot accomplish the thing you think it should be able to accomplish but can't figure out how to do. Customer support already has all the data needed; they should be able to submit the ticket as a product idea. Getting constant suggestions to submit ideas to correct the product's shortcomings adds insult to injury. I love Hubspot and am a champion of the platform within my company; I just find this an incredible frustrating experience.
I agree, I also find this frustrating. Not even mentioning that there are hundreds or thousands of ideas, and there is no indication when and if your idea get's reviewed. For transperancy purposes the first number there should be number of ideas submitted.
