Hubspot Sales Extension for Outlook Desktop to be less resource intensive?

Hello,

I use emails alot, and HubSpot,

however there are times when I am in outlook, and I do need a template.

I have found it has contiually refreshed, making it difficult to even type out an email.

I really only use the Templates option under "Message tools"

Is there a way to limit the amount of options in the side bar that load?

Is there a way to make the Hubspot Sales Extension for Outlook Desktop to be less resource intensive?

Or a way to stop it from loading so much when a new email is opened?

Hubspot Sales is refreshing the entire new email window and this interrupts my typing.
