Hubspot Sales Deal to Slack Channel Integration - Notes Notification
Neither associating a deal with a slack channel nor creating a workflow allows a team to track activity updates (specifically notes) for deals at scale.
1. You can only associate one deal with one slack channel. You can't associate multiple deals to one slack channel and it would be ridiculous to add 100 slack channels when you have 100 deals you want to keep track of!
2. You can't add the content of notes to a slack notification workflow. You can only make the workflow activate upon creation of a note. I don't want to know that a note was created in slack! I want to know what the contents of that note was so I don't have to check that deal specifically and monitor if notes were created or not!
Is a solution to this problem coming soon? seems like lots of folks have this issue - and it creates so much friction for sales people when trying to manage clients as a team.
