We are huge fans of Hubspot payments but we can't use it. The reason - payouts take too long (3 days) and as product retailer, we need to validate payments before shipping.
Shopify does payments the same day Authorize.net does them within 24 hours.
Our promise is to ship in 1 business day. We can't validate payments because they dont' come for 3 days. Its a pity becuase the product is great and super easy for our phone sales reps.
We are running into similar issues here. We require a deposit before we begin projects and are unable to validate for 3-4 days, causing timeline delays for our start dates.
Like you mentioned, many other platforms have same day or 1 day processing times. Would love to see this in HubSpot so that we are able to operate more efficiently.
