Hubspot Mobile App integration with Aircall

Hey guys,

 

this post is about making a phone call from within HubSpot, using our Aircall integration. 

 

The Aircall integration which works well with Google Chrome web browser on desktop. Doesn't work on mobile device. 

it doesn't work w Safari (on desktop or mobile). 

nor does it work w the Hubspot mobile app - it defaults to my iPhone phone app. 

can we fix all of this so that when I click the 'call' button on a contacts profile, regardless of the web browser or device I'm using, that it will default to using our Aircall integration and call the contact from the Aircall phone number ??

We need this also.  We want our users calling from their business number, not their personal cell.

Instead, they have to copy the number out of HS then paste it into the aircall app.  Clunky

did anyone have any work arounds, or any other calling apps that have this ability - the hubspot calling has limited ability as we are based in Ireland and will be calling from both hubspot and saleforce and the IVR is not available with HS calling.
