Hubspot Email reminder with Google meet link

We do a lot of demo by visio in my inside sales team and it is very important to be sure that the prospect 1/ understands that the demo is by visio and 2/ receive the Google meet link to do the visio.

We leverage the email reminder and description.

Problem today, there is no automatic Google meet link integrated into the email reminder from Hubspot. I would like to add it in the description when we set Google meet as videoconference link.

I agree. I face the same issue. 80% of our leads will ask for meeting link as they are not in the reminder emails.

It's been a headache for us, as this issue leads to lower show up rates. We manually send them a link now. We also had to collect phone numbers and have Whatsapp integration to try and bring people onto meetings.

We have a lot of people not showing up to meetings because they do not know where to find the link. This needs to be in reminder

I am having the same problem as well. Way too many customers I have to chase down. Wasting a lot of our marketing dollars on customers not being able to show up. This also adds quite a bit of friction to the sales process as the potential clients now think this may be a scam or something because the login to the meeting is not smooth. Not a good look for our company.
