Hubspot Chat Service Download Chat Conversations in Bulk
It would be great to be able to download chat conversations in bulk so you don't have to go into each personal customer. Also to be able to download those conversations that don't connect to a salesperson/become a potential lead so we can improve our chat services and see what customers are after. A lot of chat services have this.
Also for all chat/conversations to not come through as 'offline source' to still be able to track where the lead originated. Paid Search/Organic etc
