Just imagine a Hubspot "overall" exam, that would prove your in-depth and professional knowledge about the complexity of the whole CRM system.
The exam would be a multiple-answer exam, as the free versions, maybe with a hands-on challenge as well (I find it genial the way you take care of it in the free exams).
Topics about all the hubs, features, administrative options flavoured with the inbound aspect that makes Hubspot so convincing and unique.
I would gladly pay an exam fee for it, just to raise the stakes and to remind me that it is really a heavy and important exam.
I am pretty sure that employers would also really appreciate employees with such a serious and valuable exam like this.
