A couple of product suggestions:
- Using the 'tab' functionallty in the composer for spacing.
- Print option, to print a conversation.
- O365 -> Sent from agent option in 'From' name. This is available for shared email inboxes but not for O365 for now.
- Auto refresh conversation inbox. Agents have the conversation inbox open all the time, but need to click or refresh to see new messages.
- Option to make the 'Composer' window bigger. A lot of agents work in 4K screens. The composer is too tiny to write good emails.
- How to reply and enrichen data that is being copied from Excel. Is there an easy way to copy paste information?
