I work in HubSpot every day and enjoy the ease of creating and scheduling social media posts. However, one difficulty I often run into is the inability to post stories to my Instagram and Facebook accounts from the Social Media Tool.
As I am working on a desktop computer at the office, the workaround is to email myself the story I wish to post, open my email on my personal phone, download the asset, and then post it to the platform individually. As you can imagine, this takes a good amount of extra time that could be saved with the ability to do it directly in HubSpot's Social Media Tool.
Just as the Instagram Reel feature was recently added, I am hopeful this feature is soon to follow. Please take my idea into consideration during new software developments. Thank you for your time.
