Hi Everyone!

 

As some of you might be aware, HubSpot has released a Notetaking app into beta. This is a great feature however, there is one BIG oversight with this feature. It is only available to users with a Sales Hub Pro and Ent licence.

 

This is a very confusing decision, as users with Service Hub Pro and Ent licences should also have access to this feature like they do with most other Sales Hub features.

 

This would allow customer success teams to automatically have all their client meetings logged and transcribed, which would further improve the ability to deliver a great service to customers.

Totally agreed with that, i'm having de same problem here!
In my opinion, that make even more sense to the Service Licenses than Sales
