With HubSpot's newsensitive data beta, customers can store protected health information (PHI) covered under HIPAA. With that, we're interested in expanding the HubSpot data model to include healthcare specific objects. If you currently use EPIC, is there particular information that would be helpful to push into HubSpot?
We're hearing from customers about one-to-many relationships between Contacts<>Diagnoses as well as Contacts<>Patient Visits - do either of those resonate and/or is there something else that would be helpful??
Following as currently working in the Healthcare workplace rehabilitation space and have customised Hubspot somewhat but need more healthcare related information and to be able to store sensitive data!
Working in digital therapeutics (digital therapy for back pain per app, as a regulated 'medical device'). I think Contact <> Prescriptions would be very helpful (1-to-many). Example: 1 patient can get our app prescribed multilpe times and we'd like to store each prescription sperately. Would make a custom object, but if you're thinking of standard objects for healthcare, a prescription object should be there imo.
We do a lot of work in the US and EU healthcare markets andI would love to start extending HS to natively support the HL7 FHIR objects. We often have to default to Salesforce Health Cloud as the primary solution for our clients.
