Holistic view of form submission and other properties on all records
Problem
In the activity view of the record, users are only able to see partial activity, and not able to see a holistic view of activity at all levels without twirling between deal/contact/company records. This is timely and costly and ideally would prefer to be able to view all activity within one view, particularly if we’re speaking to clients on phone and want to see all information in one view.
Example
Forms are getting submitted on our website on daily basis and different records get created/associated with the particular contact by a Workflow. The form submission is visible only on the contact activity timeline and not on deals/company records.
Feature Request
Giving HubSpot admin and users custom setting options, to be able to see any activity (emails, forms, calls etc), related to the company/contact/deal/HubSpot user) at all levels (company/contact/deal/HubSpot user), so that we could turn on what we want to see and turn off what we don’t want to see at different levels, and see all activity on one view.
Great idea, essential feature that Hubspot and most CRM's offer to make it easy for all users and teams, to get 1 holistic view in one screen of all activities associated with the contact, company and deal.
