We work with schools which often have the same name e.g. over 20 called St Mary's in the system. We can differentiate between them on the companies tab, but it's difficult for our CS team when they're quickly trying to search. As a workaround I have added a star emoji to the start of each company name that is a customer so they can easily find them, but I'm sure other companies would need a similar solution to make it more obvious who is a customer and who is not.
