For Sales teams, it's vital to be able to create quotes that are easy for them, customers and operations teams to understand.
In HubSpot, the quote line items section could really do with some ability to create a hierarchy, or Items and sub Items.
At 3di, our use case is that we are a services company, and our service items always need to be grouped to reflect project phases or ways of breaking up the work that mean something to the customer. There may be 10-100 individual pricing items that would be very confusing without being grouped and each group having a sub-total.
