There is a setting for turning OFF account access and limiting the users in the portal’s ability to see the other users. However, when you navigate to the “Teams” tab, you can see all the users within the teams. You can even still edit the members of a team. HubSpot Support says this is a limitation of the system and we cannot edit users access to View and Edit the teams. We should be able to have complete control over what users can and cannot view/edit.
