Hello
Currently all Hubspot users have access to all private and public articles, including unpublished and in-progress articles, through the Service menu. It is problematic in terms of confidentiality when we have to prepare articles in advance on new offers or new products.
Hide the Service / Knowledge Base menu for users who do not have write or publish permissions so that they can only access articles through the knowledge base portal.
