It's ridiculous that Hubspot hasn't addressed or spoken to this issue. Multiple menu redesigns over the past few years, and no allowance for customization of the menu items shown to our team members.
I just got off a call with other North American small businesses who have demoed or used Hubspot, and all of them having gone with other solutions due to Hubspot's visual complexity - it's just not useful for a small team who are not using Hubspot every day.
This is an essential feature that is required for small teams and even more so for professional service firms which are often characterised by 'doer-sellers' who are using multiple other software, since they are not in sales, and they don't have time for all the menu items and this often leads to adoption failure which is already tough for CRMs in general. Please fix this!!!!!!!
