Hide / Restrict Emails for specific Users and Contacts
We love HubSpot and so does our C-suite. Unfortunately though they do not use it because their emails get logged when a sales team member quickly replies in a private thread and inadvertently logs the email. Then their private conversation is now posted for all users to see in their contact record. There needs to be a way that this can be fixed either by user permissions or middle pane conditional settings.
And before you tell me they can just be on a team and only the people on that team can see their emails please remember that every member of the organization is in sales and making our key contacts that are owned by the Csuite inaccessible to ther other teams is not an option. We all enjoy the transparency Hubspot brings us so that we can leverage key contacts. There must be a better way.
I know something exists as our CSM from Hubspot cannot view or interact with our email as part of her settings. Why can't we get similar permission settings?
