Businesses change and new processes are always happening. Is there a way that we can have help text when adding properties to the "create ticket" form? Often times this helps to clarify new custom properties, as well as providing guidance for new hires.
Maybe, in general, the help text can be an OPTION for all properties? Sometimes businesses vary on their terminolgy, so it'll help people new to hubspot in quickly acclimating. For example Ticket "Type" could be "Category" in one contact center and "Contact Reason" in another. What if you have to reclassify priorities when you join hubspot, because Hubspot's uneditable "Priority" property only allows for Low, Medium, High. (No Urgent?)
This would be AMAZING. Right now we include it in the property label which is reeeeeeeaaaalllly not a best practice for data hygiene & naming conventions 🙂
Yup! We do the same thing, but if you ever rund a report on those properties with the descriptions, it looks pretty gross.
