Help Desk workspace Automatic Notifications

I've been testing out the Help Desk workspace and think it's a really great way to eliminate the disconnect between conversations and tickets.

 

One issue that I have with it is the lack of customization to the automatic email that is sent to customer when tickets are created or closed. 

 

We need a way to have this notification match our brand so they're not regarded as spam and there is consistency in our communitcation.

 

We also need a way to disable the notifications from going out to the customers especially if the tickets are internal only in some cases.
