Help Desk Mobile App

Hey,

We have migrated to the new Help Desk feature, but are now rescricted on the mobile app.

 

The features missing are:

  1. Dedicated in-app notification for new tickets and responces.
  2. Dedicated Help Desk feature in the mobile app for iOS and Android.

Workaround could be to allow ticket notification on mobile in workflows so we get notified when a new Help Desk ticket is created, replied etc.

Absolutely agree, must be addressed ASAP by HubSpot product team before we are forced to look at other solutions. We need at least a timeline. This should be considered a BUG, not a missing feature!

Not mentioning in the migration document is a big letdown.

We are also struggling with this.  Migrated to increase available functionalities only to lose a critical functionality! 👎

Is there a committed timeline for the ability to respond / update status for Help Desk items in mobile?

Hubspot is unusable for us in this way. An instructional YouTube video advised us to migrate from "Conversations" to "Helpdesk." Then, without any warning, it turns out that you can no longer access conversations with customers via the iOS app.

At a minimum they could warn you that the WhatsApp mobile functionality gets downgraded if you upgrade your service hub to use helpdesk. Disappointing 😔

How are support agents who sometimes have to work from their phones supposed to do their jobs when the feature isn't available?

Just want to chime in here and leave me feedback as well. We are looking to switch to Help Desk, but the mobile app breaking might be a deal breaker!

We just switched to the Help Desk and found out that we can no longer answer emails via the mobile app. 
The Hubspot solution around conversation inbox is more complete, and we are now missing out on a key feature 😞

This is something that does need to be implemented into the phone app.  With Help Desk I have less functionality then i did before help desk.... huh?

We have the same issue after the Helpdesk migration. I'm just wondering if anyone found a workaround to reply to emails from mobile?  Could you use a synchronised email account for example?
