Absolutely agree, must be addressed ASAP by HubSpot product team before we are forced to look at other solutions. We need at least a timeline. This should be considered a BUG, not a missing feature!
Hubspot is unusable for us in this way. An instructional YouTube video advised us to migrate from "Conversations" to "Helpdesk." Then, without any warning, it turns out that you can no longer access conversations with customers via the iOS app.
At a minimum they could warn you that the WhatsApp mobile functionality gets downgraded if you upgrade your service hub to use helpdesk. Disappointing 😔
We just switched to the Help Desk and found out that we can no longer answer emails via the mobile app. The Hubspot solution around conversation inbox is more complete, and we are now missing out on a key feature 😞
We have the same issue after the Helpdesk migration. I'm just wondering if anyone found a workaround to reply to emails from mobile? Could you use a synchronised email account for example?
